Did You Receive Bad Carpet Cleaning Service?

Bad or poor service is always a concern for us. We don’t get up in the morning and say let’s do a subpar job today. It is our goal to give our customers value for their money. We always try to give our clients a realistic expectation of the results of a deep clean.

It is not uncommon for our clients to think that when we clean there carpet it will look like NEW. This is not realistic. If the walk areas have been neglected for years the carpet will scratch and will look dull or darker in those areas after it has been cleaned. If you clean your carpets once every few years it will not look like new.

It is recommended that ever year to year in one half that you deep clean your carpets. You are also recommended by the manufactures that carpet protector is used every time with some saying every other. We at AAA Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners do not, as a rule, move furniture. My theory on that is; you don’t walk under your furniture and if you properly dry vacuum it will be sufficiently clean. This allows us to help you maintain the areas you can’t keep up with.

It more importantly saves you money.  By saving you money it is our goal to have us return more often and extend the life of your carpet. I have a saying that I use often: I don’t mind taking your money but I don’t want to steal it from you.
