I just came across some great information on smells. Yes we all now we like pleasant smell and dislike those that offend us. The recall of an odor is incredibly accurate.

Years after smelling and odor up to 65% recall has been recorded. I don’t claim any great knowledge on the subject but I have many property managers that request “plenty of smell good, it make the sale every time”.
