Please read our Phone Policy.

We are a small, locally owned and operated company. We cannot answer the phone every time it rings. Why?

 

 

 

-It is bad manners to ask someone to wait while I answer an incoming call.

-It is rude to put a caller ahead of you.

- It is a poor work practice to talk on the phone while conducting a cleaning on your carpet or upholstery.  

Manners and work ethic keep us from answer every call when it is received. We ask that you please utilize our answering system and we will call as soon as we can give you our undivided attention.

Simply give us your name, number and the reason you are calling.
